Shipping conditions
The delivery takes place in Germany (Germany) and in the countries of the European Community (EU) as well as some countries outside
the European Community (EU) .

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of € 4.95 per order.
From an order value of € 29.00 we deliver free of charge.

Deliveries to the European Community (EU) :
We calculate the shipping costs to all EU countries as follows:
All EU countries (except Austria): € 4.95
From an order value of € 29.00 we deliver free of charge.

Deliveries to countries outside the European Community (EU) :
We calculate the shipping costs to the following countries outside the EU as follows:
Great Britain, Switzerland, Norway, Andorra,
Monaco, Iceland, Turkey, Macedonia, Serbia, Croatia: € 17.50
From an order value of € 29.00 we deliver free of charge.


Customs duties and taxes in countries outside the European Community (EU)
We would like to point out that for deliveries outside the European Union, import duties (duties and taxes) may be incurred, which must be borne in full by the customer.


Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within 2 - 3 days, in the case of foreign deliveries within 2 - 6 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there will be no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.


Ident check and age-related check on delivery by DHL (2 in 1)

Due to the TPD2 and the youth protection law, it is also necessary for DHL to carry out an identity check and an age-old check upon delivery of the goods to ensure that the goods are only handed over to the customer and that he is of legal age. Please have your ID card ready. If you are not found in person, the shipment will be stored in the branch responsible for you. For more information, please refer to the notification card.

IMPORTANT:
Due to the required identity check and proof of age, delivery to packing stations, preferred post offices or agreed storage locations is not possible. If necessary, please change or check your delivery address in your customer account. Due to the TPD2 and the youth protection law, it is also necessary that when the goods are picked up, our employees carry out an identity check and an age-old check to ensure that the goods are only handed over to the customer and that he is of legal age. Otherwise we are unfortunately not allowed to hand over your order. Please have your ID card ready. Your order can be picked up on site from Monday to Friday (except public holidays) between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. If you have chosen the payment method "cash on collection" in the ordering process, we ask you to have the appropriate amount ready if possible.
